STEP FIVE

Preparing & Submitting Your Offer

It can be challenging to determine the fair market value of a home and to assess whether it is "good value" for its listed price and/or for your budget. Prior to our offer, we will provide you with information on recent sales, local market information and background on whether there are competing offers.

STEP SIX

Accepted Offer

The Seller has accepted your offer!

  • Home Inspection
    We recommend that all of our clients conduct a third party inspection, and we will provide you with a list of vendors who can assist you with your inspection.
  • Due Diligence
    We will send the property information and accepted offer to your lender to initiate an appraisal and underwriting for your loan approval. We will review any and all information pertaining to the property.
  • Contingency Removal
    Now that we have completed our due diligence and contingencies are completely satisfied we are full steam ahead to closing!

STEP SEVEN

Closing Time!

In the final days and weeks leading up to your closing, your lender will be working hard to satisfy any remaining loan conditions. Your Real Estate Advisor will work closely with all parties in the transaction to make this seamless all the way to the closing table
